1. Overview and acceptance

This website is operated by JGTees. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JGTees. These Terms of Service govern your access to jgtees.com and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the site. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information and for protecting your account credentials. You may not use the site for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and made-to-order production

JGTees products are produced after an order is placed. Product colors, print placement, embroidery placement, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment-dye processes, material batches, and normal production tolerances. We make reasonable efforts to display products and describe materials, sizing, care, and availability accurately.

Size guides and product details are provided to help you choose. You are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, color, quantity, and delivery address before submitting an order.

4. Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Products and services may be changed or discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee that every product, color, or size will remain available.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown or calculated during checkout where supported. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for the total shown at checkout.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment provider.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production, shipping methods, delivery estimates, split shipments, tracking, address issues, international duties, and lost-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.

7. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Because products are made to order, eligibility for cancellations, replacements, returns, exchanges, and refunds is limited. The complete rules, reporting windows, evidence requirements, and refund timing are stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including JGTees names, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, copy, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to JGTees and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.

9. Reviews, messages, and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, message, idea, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant JGTees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that submitted content for operating and promoting the business. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person; violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights; use the site to harass or harm others; or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site or circumvents access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, social platforms, and other websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

12. Accuracy and corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, availability errors, shipping information, or omissions at any time. If a correction materially affects an order, we may contact you, offer an appropriate correction, or cancel and refund the affected portion.

13. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JGTees and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or savings, arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold JGTees harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Utah County, Utah, unless applicable law requires another venue.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
